Mississippi Early Childhood Association

Mississippi Early Childhood Association (MsECA) has connected individuals working with young children and families for nearly 70 years. The association was founded in 1953 with 16 charter members.  The organization has grown to include several hundred members across the state.  As an affiliate of the Southern Early Childhood Association (SECA), we are connected to over 21,000 early childhood professionals from 13 states across the South.
